Overview

Kapuhala Green 18km is an 18km trail running race starting from Shuen Wan country park (Bride’s Pool Road). It immediately starts with the climb onto Pat Sing Leng (the notorious 8 immortals), before descending into Hok Tau, and once again climbing to the wonderful views from Cloudy Hill.

The race finishes at The Country Club at Hong Lok Yuen, where participants are welcome to a great spread of food, outdoor showers and beer! Get a taste of the Kapuhala GreenRace 2020 by running 18k of our most challenging race – TGR Ultra @Tai Po! You’ll feel like you’ve just completed your first Ultra!

  • Prizes for this race are based on open category finish times
  • Age category podium finishers will earn 50 TGR Race Credit towards their next race with us

Bag Drop

  • Bag drop will be available at the start, then they will be transported to the finish
  • We have a secure bag drop tent available on race day
  • We do not provide plastic bags for personal belongings
  • Please bring your own bag to be left at the Start/Finish
  • Fasten the bag tag provided at race pack collection to your personal bag
  • Do not leave any valuables or cash/cards/keys in your drop bag

  • We may check for mandatory items prior to race start and at check points.
  • Runners found to be inadequately prepared or missing mandatory items will be penalised or disqualified in order to maintain the safety of all competitors.
  • Standard time penalty is 15 mins deducted from the overall finishing time.
