From HK Sports Centre we go up the stairs, warming up to Bowen Road, down Bowen to Wan Chai Gap, up the Gap to Black’s Link, all the way down to the green post box, back up again to the gazebo, on to Hong Kong Trail (very technical), around and back to Wan Chai Gap, down to Bowen Road and back to Hong Kong Sports Centre again.
